The food is very, very tasty. Really nice Italian, no pizza but sophisticated, varied, seasonal, Mediterranean food, lovingly and creatively prepared. The starter platters are also highly recommended. The owner is a "cook with body and soul". Unfortunately, he doesn't speak German very well, so that the verbal recommendations are often not understood correctly. And: Unfortunately, no Covid-19 regulations were observed, which limited my feeling of security during the visit. It's also a shame if the catering industry doesn't pull together, after all, restaurants are the first to suffer from the lockdown.

I can unreservedly recommend this restaurant. Finally something different than just boring pizza .... We had a fantastic starter platter with the best products, great pasta dishes with homemade pasta and a delicious dessert. We were now in Italy for almost 3 weeks in September and assumed that a visit to a restaurant at an Italian in Germany would probably be rather sobering after all the wonderful food in Italy, as one always expects this unsuitable "German note". That is definitely not the case here! For some people, the dishes are definitely cooked to the limit in terms of seasoning and especially the salt, but I like that :) I especially like the extremely friendly service. Covid 19 regulations are complied with.

One star is way too many! Stay away from this "restaurant"! As an employee I was not paid and he also did not pay the statutory insurance, as a guest it is a shame to get the meat from Rewe, the restaurant is a mess, what the haccp is unknown to the employer and the professionalism is a mirage

It was all delicious. The boss is very friendly and gave us great advice. The overall service was great. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We were here for the third time to eat. It's really great and the daily menu is always great. Even outside the menu, the chef conjures up small treats in the kitchen. The recommendation of the wines for the dishes were always exactly right and rounded everything off. The starter platter for two is also a great recommendation. If you are not really hungry, this is also sufficient as a meal. It is very nice that the boss takes the time to greet everyone and always has some time for a little darling. Great atmosphere and delicious cuisine. I really recommend it. Keep it up!

My girlfriend felt like Italian again and came across this restaurant via the gourmet block (luckily !!!!) We would receive a warm welcome from the owner, the ambience was fantastic. It was warm, the tables were long and relaxing classical music was playing. The dishes were expensive but the quality was accordingly. The meat was cooked to perfection and the homemade pasta, which was stirred in a parmesan slice beforehand and then garnished with fresh truffles, was excellent. We stopped to enjoy our wine until shortly before the shop closed, when a Ramazzotti was brought to our house. When we went out, the owner said goodbye to us as if we were already customers with him. And we will continue to be so in the future. The next time the whole family comes along. ?

Due to the very nice ambience, the tasty food and the friendly and extremely courteous service, we immediately felt welcome and as a guest of friends. In the times of Corona, this was an incredibly beautiful experience, despite strict compliance with hygiene regulations and distance rules. Thanks to Ezio and his team, we experienced the Italian way of life and the joy of life even without a current vacation at our home in Mannheim. Thank you very much for that!

We can only recommend the restaurant. Very nice host family. When you enter the restaurant, you are warmly welcomed and treated excellently. All dishes were very tasty, everything was freshly and appetizingly prepared. Always my pleasure.
